For instance, if the value is $20,000 for Hispanic renters, this statistic is interpreted as "The average Hispanic renter household in this metro area lives in a neighborhood where the median household income is $20,000."
Notes: Excludes metro areas with less than 5,000 population of the specified racial/ethnic group. Income as of 1999.
